Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
Our Position
Earned Outreach does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling purposes.
This has been our practice since we launched, and we have no plans to change it.
What “Sell” and “Share” Mean Under the Law
Several U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), give consumers the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
- “Sale” generally means disclosing personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
- “Sharing” generally means disclosing personal information to a third party for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands.
- “Targeted advertising” generally means using personal information collected from a consumer’s activity across different websites or services to display advertisements selected based on that activity.
What We Do
- We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized website analytics. These tools help us understand how visitors use our site. We do not use them for advertising or retargeting.
- We store application data in our own self-hosted CRM system.
- We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social media tracking pixels, or data brokers.
- We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your Right to Opt Out
Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined under applicable law, there is no sale or sharing activity for you to opt out of at this time.
If we ever change our practices to include activities that qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, we will update this page, provide a clear opt-out mechanism, and update our Privacy Policy accordingly.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signals. GPC is a browser-level signal that tells websites you prefer not to have your personal information sold or shared.
If your browser sends a GPC signal when you visit our site, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, to the extent required by applicable state law. Because we do not currently engage in these activities, the signal does not trigger any change in behavior, but we recognize and respect it.
To enable GPC in your browser, visit globalprivacycontrol.org for instructions and compatible browsers and extensions.
How to Submit a Request
If you have questions about whether any of our practices constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, or if you wish to submit an opt-out request for any reason, contact us at:
- Email: privacy@earnedoutreach.com
- Mail: Earned Outreach, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801
Verification
For opt-out requests, we do not require identity verification because opt-out rights apply broadly. For access, deletion, or correction requests, we may verify your identity before processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or any penalty for making a privacy request.
