How long until I see results?

Do I need to provide my own leads?
No. We handle list sourcing, verification, and enrichment based on the ICP we define together. You focus on closing.
What tools and platforms do you use?
We use a combination of sending infrastructure, deliverability monitoring, and data enrichment tools. The specific stack depends on your setup, but the system is platform-agnostic -it is designed around architecture principles, not any single tool.
How many emails are sent per day?
Volume is calibrated to your domain architecture and warm-up status. We start conservatively and scale as deliverability proves out. The goal is sustainable volume, not maximum volume.
Do I need to change my CRM?
No. We integrate with your existing CRM. If you do not have one, we can recommend options and help set up the pipeline tracking you need.
What happens if I want to stop?
The infrastructure we build is yours. Sending domains, warm-up history, targeting data, and messaging assets stay with you. There are no lock-in contracts.
How involved do I need to be?
Minimal. We manage the infrastructure end-to-end. You will be involved in ICP definition, messaging approval, and reviewing qualified leads. Expect 1-2 hours per week of your time.
Can I see reporting and metrics?
