We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not run paid advertising or behavioral advertising of any kind.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

  • CRM provider - we use a self-hosted CRM system (Twenty CRM) to manage applications. Your form submission data is stored in our CRM.
  • Email service provider - we use email infrastructure to send internal notifications when applications are received.
  • Analytics providers - Google (GA4) and Microsoft (Clarity) receive anonymized usage data as described above.
  • Hosting provider - our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes web requests and may temporarily log IP addresses for security and performance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

  • Application data - retained for the duration of any business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and record-keeping purposes.
  • Analytics data - retained according to the default retention settings of each analytics provider (typically 14 months for GA4).

7. Your Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know / Access - you may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

  • Right to Correct - you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signals.
